Keepers cottage is a very attractive traditional house in a quiet location within the grounds of Kinnaird House.
The house which sleeps four is on two levels and comprises the following:-
Downstairs
- Spacious lounge (with gas log fire) and colour television with free to view satellite.
- Dining room
- Kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
- Separate toilet
- French windows leading from the lounge to a timber-decked area overlooking fields stretching towards the River Tay
Upstairs
- Two double bed rooms (both ensuite) These can be used as twins or doubles
Additional facilities and information
- Bed linen and towels provided.
- Heating is by oil-fired radiators
- DVD and CD player
- Garden furniture and barbeque are available from April - October.
- A daily service is available at a cost of £40.00 per day
- Parking for two cars

Leisure facilities available on the Estate
- Fishing on the River Tay (tuition available)
- Fishing on Millpond and the Skiach Hill lochs (use of bothy and boats)

- Clay pigeon shooting in a natural amphitheatre (tuition available)
- Various walks on the estate

Arrival and departure
Keepers cottage is let from Friday to Friday for 7 day lets. On your day of arrival, the house will be ready from 4pm and we request that you leave by 10 am on your day of departure. This gives our housekeeper time to service the house between lets.
